One account per household. Inside that account you add a profile for every family member. There's no per-kid login or password — everyone shares the household account, and actions (chore completions, redemptions, calendar edits) are attributed to whichever profile is selected.

Yes — through your phone's native calendar. iOS already syncs Google, iCloud, and Outlook into Apple Calendar; Level Up Home plugs into that, so any calendar you've connected on your phone flows in automatically. Two-way: events you create here mirror back out to whichever source calendar you pick.
Deleted lists and calendar events go to a Recently Deleted trash in Settings. You have 30 days to restore them. After that they're permanently removed.
Yes. Invite another household by email; once they accept, you can share lists between you. The other household sees who added each item and who checked it off, and each home keeps its own running list of "open" vs "done."
Every row in our database is gated by a row-level security policy tied to your household account — nobody outside your family can read it, including other Level Up Home users. We never sell data, never advertise, and never train on your content.

Premium covers seven specific upgrades: unlimited family members (free is capped at 4), unlimited connected devices (free is capped at 5), unlimited dashboard pages (free is capped at 4), per-member custom reward currency (free uses 💎 gems for everyone), a longer calendar planning horizon (1 year back / 3 years forward instead of 90 days), unlimited screen-saver photos (vs 10 on free), and the ability to share your calendar with another household. Recipients don't need Premium to accept a share.
Honesty about unit economics. Each photo uploads at up to 10 MB and lives on Supabase storage at $0.0213/GB/month. At 500 photos the worst-case storage cost is ~$0.11/month per household — comfortably under the Premium subscription price. Truly unbounded "unlimited" lets one household park a 50 GB photo library and run the monthly cost over what they pay. 500 also happens to be way past the diminishing-returns point for a kiosk slideshow — a 500-photo rotation at one minute each cycles for over 8 hours.
