One account per household. Inside that account you add a profile for every family member. There's no per-kid login or password — everyone shares the household account, and actions (chore completions, redemptions, calendar edits) are attributed to whichever profile is selected.
Yes. Sign in on a second device and everything appears instantly via real-time sync. Add or remove a chore on your phone and the kitchen iPad updates in less than a second.
Yes — all three, two-way. Open Settings → Calendar accounts, connect the account once (Google and Microsoft sign you in on their own page; iCloud uses an app-specific password from your Apple ID), and pick which of that account's calendars to bring in and who they belong to. The sync runs on our servers — not on your phone — so it needs no calendar permission, and a wall-mounted tablet or kiosk stays current even when every phone in the house is off. Edits and deletions you make in Level Up Home go back to the calendar they came from. Google and Microsoft changes arrive within seconds; iCloud changes within about 15 minutes.
Yes. Add a calendar link, choose GotSport, and sign in to GotSport inside the app. It finds the schedule link and the match list, pulls every game with its field number, and refreshes on its own. A rename rule turns "Rockets U8 Blue vs. Comets U8 Gold" into whatever fits a wall tablet, like "9 ⚽ 7b (H)", and you can push the games straight into a connected Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendar.
Only what the task needs: the text of a recipe page, your own recipe names and the week’s meal slots for a plan, or the photo you picked for a calendar import. Calendar events from Google, Microsoft, or iCloud reach the planner as start and end times only, never their titles. Requests go from our server to Anthropic’s Claude API, which does not train on them, and we keep nothing but a monthly count. Details in the privacy policy.
Deleted lists and calendar events go to a Recently Deleted trash in Settings. You have 30 days to restore them. After that they're permanently removed.
Yes. Invite another household by email; once they accept, you can share lists between you. The other household sees who added each item and who checked it off, and each home keeps its own running list of "open" vs "done."
Every row in our database is gated by a row-level security policy tied to your household account — nobody outside your family can read it, including other Level Up Home users. We never sell data, never advertise, and never train on your content.
$4.99/month or $39.99/year. Premium covers seven specific upgrades: unlimited family members (free is capped at 4), unlimited connected devices (free is capped at 5), unlimited dashboard pages (free is capped at 4), per-member custom reward currency (free uses 💎 gems for everyone), a longer calendar planning horizon (1 year back / 3 years forward instead of 90 days), unlimited screen-saver photos (vs 10 on free), and the ability to share your calendar with another household. Recipients don't need Premium to accept a share.
Honesty about unit economics. Photos live on Supabase storage at $0.0213/GB/month, and real uploads average about 4.6 MB, so a full 1,000-photo library costs roughly $0.10/month per household — comfortably under the Premium subscription price. Truly unbounded "unlimited" lets one household park a 50 GB photo library and run the monthly cost over what they pay. 1,000 is also far past the point of diminishing returns for a kiosk slideshow: every photo plays once before any repeats, so at a minute each a full library takes more than 16 hours to come round.
