Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Level Up Home household and everything in it, at any time, from inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app
- Open Level Up Home and sign in to the household you want to delete.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete household account…
- If the household has a parental passcode, enter it. Then type DELETE, press and hold the red button for three seconds, and confirm.
The same steps work on iPhone, iPad, Android, and at app.leveluphome.app.
Delete by email
If you can no longer open the app, email support@leveluphome.app from the email address on the account (or the address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in) with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email and password, or the Apple / Google link).
- Family members, chores, quests, rewards, and star history.
- Calendar events, lists, meals, and recipes.
- Connected calendar accounts and the access tokens we hold for them.
- Screensaver photos stored in the cloud.
- Lists and calendars you shared with other households, everywhere they were shared.
- Device registrations and push-notification tokens.
What is not deleted by us
- Store subscriptions. Premium bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by Apple or Google and keeps renewing until you cancel it in your device's subscription settings. Deleting the account does not cancel it.
- Copies other households already received. If you accepted a list or calendar that another household shared with you, their original stays with them.
- Permission grants at Google, Microsoft, or Apple. We revoke and discard the tokens on our side. You can also remove Level Up Home from your Google or Microsoft account's app permissions, or delete the app-specific password at account.apple.com.
- Server logs, which contain no household content, rotate out within 90 days.
